Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY

- All our electronic products carry a one-year factory warranty, from the date of delivery - please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Warranty claims should be made within fourteen days after discovering the deficiency; they should be accompanied by a short description of the deficiency and a copy of the original invoice.
- We will repair the deficiency free of cost or replace the item (subject to ECO HOUSE COMFORT decission). However, the warranty does not include extra costs incurred by any additional required services. If this is the case, we will let you know and expect pre-payment before starting any repair;
- The warranty is voided in the event of any of the following situations:
* the product has NOT been sufficiently protected against transport damages during the return;
* modifications have been made to the product;
* the defect occured due to the wrong or incorrect use of the product, as per the accompanying user manual;
* the defect occured as a consecuence of an intentional action or because of a severe lack of care;
* the defect occured due to natural factors outside ECO HOUSE COMFORT's control, such as floods, lightning, electricity fall-out, natural disasters, others;
* ECO HOUSE COMFORT has no possibility to investigating the veridicity of the complaint.

RETURNS

- Our sale-and-return period is ten working days from the date of delivery; the purchase of any item that is not returned during this period is considered as final;
- If the items are unused and returned during the sale-and-return period, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs; the refund will be made within 30 days from the date we receive the items;
- Please use the Return Form that comes with your invoice to specify the item returned, the quantity and reason for return, and the further course of action, i.e. whether you want a replacement product or your money back. For damaged and / or faulty items, contact our Customer Support department (customer.support@ecohousecomfort.com) first to determine if there is a software issue which can be fixed remotely;
- All returns are made at customer's expense, unless pre-agreed with us. If a replacement is required, we will cover the shipping cost to your address;
- All returns shall be made in the original packaging and be in a condition that allows their re-sale. We cannot accept used products - if receiving such products, we will neither refund, nor return the products to the customer, unless additional shipping fees are paid.
