Viewing Orders
You can view your orders - current and past - after logging in and going to "My Account". You will be able to see the status of each order, whether the payment was received or not and whether the items were shipped of not. The statuses of orders are as follow:
Pending - your order has been received, payment is pending for approval; you should also receive a confirmation email with your order number. If payment is confirmed, the order is pending for shipping;
Cancel - your order was cancelled by our sales department due to an unexpected error - please contact sales@ecohousecomfort.com for more details;
Hold - your order is on hold due to an unexpected error - please contact sales@ecohousecomfort.com for more details;
Complete - your order was shipped and now is in the post or has been delivered; you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with the shippment number and carrier if you have selected a delivery method that entails a tracking number.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
We have also developed a new functionality where you can store several addresses for friends and/or family within you account. This allows you to make giftes to the loved ones by selecting their delivery address. Note that if you choose to ship to Multiple Locations, each packet will be treated as a sepparate order and will carry its own shipping charges.
Updating Account Information
You can update your customer information by logging in and using the "My Account" link. Please make sure that the registered address of the card you are using for payment is the same as the one you use on the Billing Address, or else your payment will fail.
If you forgot your password, use the link "Forgot Password" to automatically receive an email with a link that would allow you to reset your password and gain access to your account.
If you forgot your user email, please contact us through the link "Contact Us" with your First and Last name and your postal code and we will retreive the user id for you.
